PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT NABATI AGROTECH PERSADA CABANG PANGKALAN BUN

Vegetable PT Nabati Agrotech Persada is a company incorporated in Technindo group, established since February 2012. Currently, PT Nabati Agrotech Persada is a company contractor and provider of manufacturing equipment needs maintenance needs others to plant oil palm. Observations and initial survey, known to frequent the low performance of the employees are not present at the time because of lack of attention and oversight / supervision of the supervisor as well as the salary system is not appropriate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction to increase the performance of PT Nabati Agrotech Persada. This research is descriptive analytic survey with cross sectional study with a number of respondents as many as 30 people with the sample criteria are willing and present at the time of the study. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression test at 95% confidence level. The calculation results generate value accounting for variable job satisfaction of 6.777, with a significance value of 0.005, while it is the limit of significance of 0.05 and the regression coefficients positive direction, the value of t table of 2.021. by comparing the two values of t are achieved, seen that t> t table, so that a decision can be taken reject H 0. From the results of the table it can be stated that the response
to the performance of employees at PT. Nabati Agrotech Persada, amounting to 3.86 are in the range approaching agree. This means that employees feel Performance at PT. Nabati Agrotech Persada, including agreed categories of employees towards better performance. This indicates that the performance of employees at PT. Nabati Agrotech Persada included in the satisfactory category and has a significant relationship with performance. the calculations, the value of coefficient of determination (r 2) is equal to 0.621. In other words, this shows that a large percentage of variation in performance can be explained by variation in the independent variable is job satisfaction and performance is 62.1% while the remaining 37.9% is explained by other variables outside the research variables. Suggested PT. Nabati Agrotech Persada should be concerned with improving the performance begins with an agreement for the determination of the vision, mission and phases of activity, monitoring and evaluation. And recommended for improved performance with increased monitoring / supervision and guidance to employee performance evaluation using a watch list that have prepared, training and improvement of discipline for employees.
