Basically, a business or a company is not only expecting skilled and skilled human resources, but more importantly, the company expects its employees to work hard and wants to achieve optimal results. the authors formulate the problem as follows: (1) How the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees in Notary Office & PPAT Teguh Hendrawan, S.H., M.Kn ?. (2) How the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of Notary Office & PPAT Teguh Hendrawan, S.H., M.Kn? (3) How the influence of organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees in Notary Office & PPAT Teguh Hendrawan, S.H., M.Kn ?. While the purpose of research (1) Knowing the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in Notary Office & PPAT Teguh Hendrawan, S.H., M.Kn. (2) To know the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of Notary Office & PPAT Teguh Hendrawan, SH, M.Kn (3) To know the influence of organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees in Notary Office & PPAT Teguh Hendrawan, SH, M.Kn .
The object of research is employees of Notary Office & PPAT Teguh Hendrawan, S.H., M.Kn which is located at Jl.Sudirman, SH., Ruko No.08, Kel. Sidorejo, Kec. Arut Selatan, Pangkalan Bun - Central Kalimantan Post Code 74111. Analysis method with multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test.
The results showed that the obtained coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.821. In other words this indicates that the large percentage of employee performance variation which can be explained by the variation of independent variable that is organizational culture and work discipline is 82,1% while the rest equal to 17,9% explained by other variables outside research variable. With t-test there is influence of organizational culture and work discipline on partial employee's performance while partially with F test the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously.
Conclusion There is an influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees in the Office of Notary & PPAT Teguh Hendrawan, S.H., M.Kn as evidenced by the value of t test with tcount (2.313)> ttable (2.109). There is influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of Notary Office & PPAT Teguh Hendrawan, S.H., M.Kn as evidenced by the value of t test with tcount (5,256)> ttabel (2,109). There is an influence of organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Office of Notary & PPAT Teguh Hendrawan, S.H., M.Kn with F test results (collectively) obtained Fcount value of 38.984 and Ftabel 3.59 so Fcount> Ftabel.
