PENGARUH PENGAWASAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM (PDAM) TIRTA ARUT KABUPATEN KOTAWARINGIN BARAT

An organization in the form to achieve a certain goal. Every organization must be able to build and improve performance in the environment. The existence of human resources within an organization or company holds a very important role. The formulation of the problem is whether the supervision effect on employee performance in the Regional Company Ar Drink (PDAM) Tirta Arut West Kotawaringin District. While the purpose of research is to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Arut West Kotawaringin District.
This research was conducted at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Arut, West Kotawaringin regency on Sutan Syahrir road No.34 Pangkalan Bun-Central Kalimantan. This research is a quantitative research, the number of samples (respondents) in this study as many as 53 employees, the independent variable is supervision (X) while the dependent variable is the employee's performance (Y). Instrument testing using validity test and reliability test. While the method of data analysis using simple linear regression, correlation coefficient test, coefisin determination test, and t test.
Obtained regression equation is Y = 5,040 + 876X. Coefficient of determination equal to 58% while the rest equal to 42% explained by other variables outside research variable. T test results obtained by the value of control variables (X) t count (8,391),> ttable value (2.008).
The conclusion of this study is that supervision has a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Arut Kotawaringin Barat Regency.
