PENGARUH BIAYA PROMOSI TERHADAP PENJUALAN SEPEDA MOTOR MEREK HONDA JENIS MATIC PADA PT. TRIO MOTOR CABANG PANGKALAN BUN

PT. Trio Motor is the only official agent of Honda motorcycles in the South and Central Kalimantan region. Until now, PT. Trio Motor has 19 branches spread across Banjarmasin, Martapura, Pleihari, Paringin, Tanjung, Buntok, Batulicin, Sungai Danau, Kapuas, Palangkaraya, Sampit, Muara Teweh, Pangkalan Bun, Tamiyang Layang and Kuala Kurun. Along with the increasing number of branches owned by PT. The Motor Trio also increased the number of employees in 2014 to 1,000 people.
In 2014, PT. The Motorcycle Trio has increasingly established its wings as a successful motorcycle company in South and Central Kalimantan. This is inseparable from the solidarity of the team from PT. The Motorcycle Trio and the people who have entrusted Honda as their preferred motorcycle brand.
The analysis technique used by the writer is simple linear regression analysis technique, T Test, Coefficient of Determination. The results of the study indicate that the independent variable is the cost of promotion affect the sales of Honda brand type automatic matic.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between the costs of promotion of the sales of PT. Honda Motor Trio Branch of Pangkalan Bun in 2015-2018 based on the hypothesis tested produced a t-count for the variable of 6.719 with a significance value of 0.021 while with a significance limit of 0.05 and the direction of the positive regression coefficient, a ttable value of 4.303 was obtained.
