KONTRAK PSIKOLOGIS DALAM MENINGKATKAN STRATEGI SDM DENGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIATOR PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI

The main objective of this study is to examine psychological contracts in improving HR strategies with organizational culture as a mediator variable in Higher Education. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative through explanatory surveys. The research targets are lecturers at 6 (six) tertiary institutions in Jambi Province, using a structured questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study found that psychological contracts have a positive and significant effect in improving HR strategy through organizational culture as a mediator variable, although directly the role of psychological contracts has a greater influence in improving HR strategies. This shows that the psychological contract must be fulfilled so that the HR strategy will be more competitive
