PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. MASTER PRINT PANGKALAN BUN

Business development, especially in the printing sector, is experiencing a significant increase in recent times, as evidenced by the number of new printing businesses that have been established in the city of Pangkalan Bun and one of them is CV. Master Print, which has only been established for two years, has a turnover and profit that is large enough for the size of CV. Nowadays there is a phenomenon that occurs in CV. Master Print where the level of employee performance has decreased slightly. The formulation of the problem is as follows: How does knowledge influence employee performance at CV. Master Print Pangkalan Bun ?. The research objectives to be achieved in this study were to determine the effect of knowledge on employee performance at CV. Pangkalan Bun Master Print.
Research location at CV. Master Print Jl. Pangeran Antasari, Mendawai Pangkalan Bun Village. The method of analysis with simple linear regression analysis and t test.
The results showed that the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.759. In other words, this shows that the percentage of employee performance that can be explained by the variation of the independent variable, namely Knowledge, is 75.9%, while the remaining 24.1% is explained by other variables outside the research variables. With the t test, there is a variable effect of knowledge on employee performance.
The conclusion is that the knowledge variable partially has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of CV. Master Print Pangkalan Bun
